Back to BIRTHDAYS!! My birthday story is about my little baby girl, Sophia. OK she’s NOT a baby anymore but…my baby just the same. And she’s been on my mind quite a bit this last week, ALOT. She just had surgery to have her tonsils and adenoids out. Poor pumpkin. And while smoothies, ice cream and movie time are all good… it’s just no fun to be feeling icky.

Here is a picture of her on her 2’nd birthday. I will never forget how excited and embarrassed she got. YES embarrassed, she was so embarrassed when everyone sang to her. I didn’t even know that 2 year old could have emotions like that, especially my little attention seeker. HAHA!! But she kept giggling and hiding behind her hands while we sang. (And shhh…. I’m the mean mom who made everyone sing twice just because she looked SO darn cute.) Ah, memories.
