One of my favorite digital techniques is changing the colors of products to match my photos (blog post coming later this next month) and believe it or not, I did not have to do that for this spread at all! The colors matched my daughter and the funky hat she modeled perfectly. So, my tip for this month is to look through your unscrapped photos and group a set together, then go seeking a collection that matches your photos.

Sometimes it’s good to remember there are no rules for your December album. I had some photos from 2009 that I had not documented, and I just really wanted them in my December album. I made two 6×8 spreads of the photos and I used the number stamps to list out my top 5 reasons that these photos are my very favorites! I love how it turned out!
