Journal Starter: Motivational Word Art
Posted on under Journal Starters, NEW RELEASES
Love & Motivation…These are two things I’ve been focusing on this year. For some reason the past few years, I haven’t felt so “good” in my own skin. I haven’t been eating the best, with little to NO daily activity. Being a work-at-home graphic designer (has been fantastic) but it’s effected my activity ALOT… I don’t travel to work, walk into a building, do errands at lunchtime. My daily activity consists of going from my bed to computer, computer chair to dinner table, dinner table to couch, couch to my bed. Yup. Blech!! Then I saw an episode of Bravo TV’s Toned Up. It was a pretty funny show… so I checked out their website, Tone It Up. At the time they were just starting the “Love Your Body” series… it just all of a sudden “clicked” in my brain. I shouldn’t feel icky about my body or treat it poorly. I should LOVE my body, by eating good and healthy foods and treating it right. It has been a challenge so far this year. But my mind set has changed to a different way of thinking… I have never been successful with dieting, calorie counting or exercising… I just can’t do it. But thinking about “Loving My Body”, was just a different way of thinking about it. They use motivational words like: “booty call, tankini, bikini wraps”, for “exercising, drinking water and healthy recipes”. I can do this!! I can get my booty out of bed, go for a little walk before I start my day and focus on eating “clean foods”. I can!! How ’bout you… have you been working on anything that requires a little motivation?
Check out this word art pack that has wonderful prompts to get you thinking about your goals. Whether it’s an everyday sort of victory, like getting your kids to all eat the same meal, or something as big as training for a 10k, the Motivation word art pack will have inspire you to keep moving forward with documenting all your dreams!

I totally agree! I have never been successful at dieting but I changed my thinking to just be healthier and I lost 60+ pounds. Then I got wrapped up with numbers again and I’m struggling to get back on track. It really is a change in mindset and lifestyle. I love this word art to document my progress!
