During this busy time of year the stress of everything going on can sometimes be overwhelming. These joyful, holiday feelings that we have been anticipating since December 26th of last year are eluding us now as we rush around fighting Christmas traffic, shopping amidst rude people at the mall, and try to get our kids to their Christmas program on time.
If you find yourself in this place, take a break and reflect on the good that you can
find in your day. It will always be there, sometimes we just need to search for it.
