Happy Anniversary…to ME! 10 yrs!

Goodness, I’ve been married 10 years. I can’t believe it?. (laughs) It seems like such a long time, yet it doesn’t at all. And, I’ve been so grateful for all of the blessings that we’ve had in our 10 years of marriage!
So I was getting to thinking, what was I going to do for our anniversary.
What is a good enough gift for someone who never wants for anything??
so I came up with a surprise for my honey….
I was so excited to try this out!! I dressed Sophie up in my wedding dress, and put Gabe in a white shirt and daddy’s tie; and we headed out to the backyard. I think they turned out great!! Although, I’m not a professional photographer or anything. But I was so happy. I’m just working on printing them up now….
so…. shhhhh!!! You won’t tell will you?? I’m going to give it to him tomorrow.
Gabe had enough of pictures… so I didn’t get one of him by himself.
But Sophie was in a beautiful dream… I think she would’ve stay in my dress all day.
Here is a layout I did of our wedding day, and (today). Goodness, we look like kids when we got married. HAHA!! So nice that we are growing more gracefully as we age.

omg — what a WONDERFUL idea! i love it. and i'm already trying to work out how i can get my strapless wedding dress to stay on my daughter (whoe will be 7) in five years when my 10th anni comes up … hmmm, i think it would be a little tricky, lol.

I am dressing my daughter up in my wedding gown today for a scrapbook page for father;s day. I need to find the perfect quote though. our little girl is only six and apparently she is only child we will have. That means childhood will not be long enough for us.
